• Question: Are there any other particles, apart from the Higgs boson, predicted in the standard model that have not yet been observed?

      No – the Higgs is the last particle that is part of the standard model yet to be discovered. We are hoping though that the Large Hadron Collider will show us particles beyond those in the standard model.

      Yeah, the Higgs is the only thing missing at the minute. I really hope it’s not there!
