  We are getting better and better at understanding how brains work, and also getting information from them. But the big problem is that we don’t currently have the computer power to model the brain of anything much more complex than a bee properly, yet alone a human. So maybe in the far future we might be able to, I cant see any reason why we couldn’t apart from the technology.
