      Expanding the boundaries of Human knowledge and creating new technologies that find applications in many aspects of Human life – from medical applications to the internet.

      That’s a great question.

      I’d say that we’re laying the scientific foundations upon which all of science, engineering and medicine are built. We’re also training some of the world’s best scientists, who contribute to the country in lots of different ways.
