At GCSE my best subjects were Drama and Design & Technology. In A-Level this had changed to Physics but I still enjoyed Chemistry and Maths.

Physics for me. I liked Geography as well.

Found English the most tricky to score well on, but it’s important even in science. You need to be able to write research papers and proposals clearly.

Physics for me too, although I was interested in loads of different things so it was hard to choose. When I was doing my A-levels I spent more time on my english lit than anything else, probably because it was a much more open ended subject than maths/physics and essays just took a long time.

My best subject at GCSE and A-level was chemistry. I was going to apply to do a chemistry degree, but when I visited some university open days I realised that I actually liked physics more.
