      Hi levi6398,

Not sure entirely what you mean, but science is a very methodical process, it has to be to stand up to all the scrutiny it places itself under. Remember that mostly scientists are trying to answer very real questions, such as how do I stop this virus, or will this engine explode, and they work towards getting an answer.

      Hope this answers the question.

The thing I always find crazy is how science is about asking really simple questions, but often the answers are so hard to find out!

There is sometimes a leap in thinking that may seem mad at the time but once you follow the cascade of logic suddenly makes sense. Science is itself very logical as Mark says but is does require radical thinking every once in a while to produce massive leaps in our Understanding of Nature – good example of this is Einstein.
